Main Production Area
Our main production area produces a large range of gas fires to meet all our customer requirements. We assemble and test all of our gas fires to stringent quality procedures in line with the test house CE approval regulations to ensure that minimal problems are encountered in the field.

Ceramic Fibre Plant
All of the companies ceramic fibre products are manufactured in house in our fibre plant. Every ceramic fibre component is produced from fixed tooling to ensure consistent continuity in the uniformity of the shape and the quality of the finished product. This is an essential feature in the production of gas fires, as it helps to maintain the consistency of the Solar flame picture.

Press Shop / Powder Coating Facilities
To enable us to enhance our manufacturing we also have our own in house press shop and power coating facilities. This ensures that the supply and painting of the components are controlled to the highest quality standards.

Woodshop
In order to complement our production processes and our gas fire range we also have developed a woodworking shop to produce the highest quality MDF mantels in a choice of at least 16 different colours and pine mantels to suite all needs. Even specialist mantels can be produced to your particular customer requirements.

To ensure the highest standard of quality and service Solar Fires and Fireplaces mantels are all hand built by time served craftsmen in our specially adapted wood shop, which has only recently been expanded to accommodate the increase in demand, by both our MDF and pine mantels.

This excellent facility comprises of double spray booth area, de-nibbing and sanding areas. Cutting / routering facilities a build and packing area. With built in quality checks at each and every step of the way, we are now currently exploring plans to expand our beautiful range of hand crafted mantels even further.
